Vibrate or Manual?? The Loft…
He’s very upset today because He said that His appraisal sucked… Poor Him… She thinks that He’s too hard on Himself. She hopes by the time He reads this, He’s feeling better…
And, He also sent Her a message today asking Her if She liked vibrate or manual. She was like, HUH??? After that, it struck Her… You mean He’s gonna get Her a vibrator??? LOL… There was once He said He’d get Her a vibrator LOL and He said that manual one is better hahaha…
But She wants the Real Thing leh… can? cannnn???
Tonight was Ladies’ Night @ The Loft. 2 free drinks for the ladies and some buffet food too! She went with Anne. They reached around 9:45 and not many people around.
They sat at the bar. Theme of the night was Disco Motion. Suited Her alright because they played nice songs. Songs from the 80’s, early 90’s and a few 70’s too. She had lotsa fun, EXCEPT…
Beside Her, there was this sad-looking guy drinking alone. Then, his fren came. After a while, the fren befriended Her and Anne. He offered some drinks to them. Some whisky. Then he came over to my side and introduced himself as Andrew, and he also introduced his fren which She couldn’t get his name. Darnnn… LOL.
Andrew chatted with Her and then moved on to Anne. She saw that Andrew had sotong hands!! Raba-raba Anne here and there… She knew Anne’s a smart girl and could handle him.
Anyway, She started a conversation with the sad-looking guy. He told Her that he failed his PhD exam AND he lost his gf. So, kononnya he was analysing what went wrong, why did he fail. She could empathise with his loss. And he said that he lost both (failed exam and lost gf) at the same time. It must have been a big blow to him. No wonder he looked so sad…
She gave him a few words of wisdom, as usual, like how She’d do to everyone else! LOL… He’s a nice guy actually. But oh well, that’d be the last time they meet, She supposed.
On Her way back, She reflected on Her conversation with him. She reminds Herself that there are a lot of other people out there who has got much bigger problem than Her or Him. She feels that people have gotta LEARN to let go of the things that sadden or upset them.
Because it’s not worth dwelling on it.
It’s not worth because a lot of time will be wasted, a lot of energy will be wasted by just thinking of that situation which no one can have any control over it.
Yes, She acknowledges the fact that humans have to ‘mourn’ for themselves.
But a couple of days of ‘mourning’ will be enough.
Then it’s time to look forward to other things in life… Yeah, now She can say all these words of wisdom because She’s currently ‘free’ from any ’situations’. Plus, Her two days of training on Mon and Tues really opened Her eyes to the so-called Life, and human psychology. She would like very much to blog about this but She doesn’t really know how to do it, how to put it in words…
Oh well… Que sera sera, whatever will be, will be…
Man, She’s so hungry now!
Well, the appraisal is not as bad as how He potrayed it to Her, just that … this is the worse appraisal He ever got. He cannot blame no one but Himself …
ok, back to the topic, vibrate or manual?
She wants the real thing? Sure or not? She had 3 chances 3 days ago and She gave them up, so what said?
Btw, He has never been to The Loft even though it is only like 2 stations from His office …
